Mix FM is honored to welcome one of the Bedrock founders and a legend who needs no introduction anymore, John Digweed, along with a DJ who has caused real rumblings in the dance fraternity – Timo Maas.
A self-styled purveyor of 'percussive wet funk' – Timo’s style builds sound on sound, to create new, fresh and creative layers. He has produced and remixed of more than 85 productions in the space of three years and the chances are you've danced to many of them. Classics like Orinoko's 'Mama Konda' reached a high position in the UK and US charts, while remixes such as Lustral's 'Everytime' , BT's "Never Gonna Come Back Down" and 'Dooms Night' by Azzido Da Bass got the dance world talking across the globe. So now it’s Lebanon’s turn… in his first appearance, Timo Maas is set to turn up the heat up and set the Downtown Beirut on fire…
An exceptional outdoor venue hosts a night under the stars with a breathtaking backdrop of sea, sand, scenery and the city. Last year it was Sasha and Digweed – this year, in this true clubbers’ paradise, we'll be kicking off the first outdoor event of 2010 at a phenomenal pace, with an incredible line-up featuring MadJam, Ronin and Nesta and Gunther and Stamina.
